Product Sourcing Process

The field of natural biologics spans decades and includes a wide range of applications. One of the most common questions new providers ask is: Where do our products come from, and how are donors qualified before the biologic process begins?

At Precision Biologics, our products are ethically sourced from consenting mothers at the time of delivery. Every step of our process is designed to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance so providers can trust the products they integrate into their clinical programs.

Healthy mothers are thoroughly screened for communicable diseases. Comprehensive medical and social histories are reviewed by the Precision Biologics Medical Director to confirm eligibility.

Tissues are collected only after full-term live births by C-section and always by licensed medical professionals.

All fresh tissue must be processed within a 48-hour window to preserve integrity.

Tissues are carefully cleaned and decontaminated following strict protocols to ensure they remain free of pathogens.

Each tissue is assigned a unique lot number. Every lot is processed in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Product viability is maintained through controlled slow-rate freezing and storage at –80°C.

Samples from each lot are sent to an independent laboratory for sterility testing. During this period, all products remain in quarantine.

Only lots that pass rigorous testing and meet internal release criteria move out of quarantine and become available for clinical use.

Cleared products are shipped overnight on dry ice to physicians and hospitals. Each product’s use is tracked internally at the patient level for accountability and consistency.
